Peanut Butter Mock Brownie

This clean mock brownie recipe is a must try for any peanut butter lover.  If your sweet tooth is in a constant battle against your diet and disrupting your fitness goals, then this is for you.  The combination of peanut butter and dark chocolate is sure to calm your cravings for the heavy stuff! Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 medium banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except dark chocolate chips in mixing bowl.
  3. Mix ingredients together well and then add dark chocolate chips.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a 8” x 8” baking pan.
  5. Slowly pour and evenly spread batter.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool before cutting and then enjoy.
