Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

This is a great healthy alternative to the old-fashioned breakfast delight.  In this recipe you will find a clean eating option for your kitchen without the sugar, flour, or butter. Enjoy and share this recipe using the social media buttons above if you want to try these!

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops chocolate peanut butter protein
  • 1/3 cup egg whites (4)
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free banana pudding mix
  • Honey or sugar free syrup for topping

Steps:

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients except honey/syrup.
  2. Pour batter into saucepan and cook over medium heat.
  3. When the pancake starts to bubble, flip to other side.
  4. Top with honey/syrup.
