The Couch Routine

This couch routine was developed for those who find themselves stuck on the couch, yet still wish they were working out. This workout is by no means something that will replace your gym routine, but it is a great supplement on those rainy days when Netflix took away 3 hours of your life. Try this workout next time you find yourself in that situation and most likely you will never have felt more productive while on a couch. Good luck!



Place your feet on the couch, and keep your hands spread wide on the ground. Lower your torso down to the floor, exhale on the way back up, and pause at the top. This will work multiple upper body muscles, but will mainly focus on your chest. It doesn’t matter if you are male or female, both genders can benefit from tightening up the chest to a perkier position.
