The Couch Routine

SEATED DIPS:

You will need the nearby chair, ottoman, or table for this exercise. Begin by ensuring your feet can rest on top of the additional item while your hands are placed on the edge of the couch holding your torso up and away from the couch. Lower your torso down keeping your elbows in toward your torso. Once you have lowered yourself down far enough to create a right angle with your elbow, exhale and power your torso upward to the starting position using your arm strength. This is a great way to develop definition in your arms, as the exercise will focus on your triceps.
