exercise workflow chart

Mental and physical fatigue can leave us narrow-minded some days and not able to execute past our intertwined daily priorities and responsibilities. Our struggle to find determination and discipline to go walk a mile around the block after a meal or pick up those weights under the bed is real. The struggle is real, my friends. We need to prepare for it and overcome. Inevitably, it happens to us all. You are not alone!
