Jimmy Langan Goes Through A Training Session You Should Try


In this video from the FIT IN ONLINE documentary series of fitness life, you are brought to Maxwell’s Fitness Programs for a special training session with Daytona Beach trainer, Rob Maxwell.  We were able to document the workout from Rob to give you some ideas on a great full body workout for your training routine.  Lucky for us, Rob is also a Sports Medicine professor at a local University so he was well spoken when giving informative lessons through the workout.  Check it out and let us know what you think.  Do not forget, Rob emphasizes this full body exercise needs to be completed with a focus on form and quality.  If done correctly, this efficient workout can be completed in 20-30 minutes.

Here is the workout:

Exercises: (1 set of each exercise and select a weight putting you close to failure around 8-15 repetitions)

  • Dumbbell Squat Using Swiss Ball
  • Dumbbell Split Squat (alternating each leg)
  • Dumbbell Chest Fly
  • Wide Grip Pulldown Using Machine
  • Pushup
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise
  • Standing Dumbbell Bicep Curl
  • Tricep Extension Using Machine
  • Dumbbell Decline Situp
