TRX Introduction & Workout

After watching this video, try this TRX workout to see if you like it.  The workout consisted of 3 rounds with 4 exercises in each round.  You will need to complete the exercises back to back with the rest only at the end of the round where you will take a full minutes rest.  Using that time formula, this full body workout will only be 8 minutes long!

Round 1:

Push-up
Lunge (15 seconds each leg)
Pike
Burpee

Round 2:

Y-T Fly
Hip Press
Atomic Crunch
Mountain Climber

Round 3:

Pull-up
Superman
Hello Dolly into Reverse Crunch
Lateral Leap
