An Old School Body Building Training Session

Here we are in New Smyrna Beach at the Nautilus By The Sea Gym for an old school Nautilus training session. This specific exercise was inspired by some of the trainings that took place in the 1970s bodybuilding scene after the Nautlius exercise machine revolutionized the fitness industry.  In the interview at the end of this video, our trainer mentions a bodybuilder named Casey Viator.  Casey was the youngest ever to win the title of Mr America and he trained under Arthur Jones, inventor of the Nautilus training equipment.  At Nautilus By The Sea, the gym owner has restored many of the original Nautilus and MedX exercise machines that Casey may have used in his trainings with Arthur in preparation for the Mr. America competition.

In this old school workout, the plan was to hit each exercise for max reps with semi-heavy weight while taking minimal rest in between each exercise.  The workout is designed to hit all areas of the body and keep the heart rate elevated throughout the workout.  The story we were told is that Casey Viator was able to put on over 60lbs of muscles in 28 days using a training style like this.  We invite you to try it out and see how you feel afterward.  Is that possible?  I mean, 60lbs in less than a month??  Wow!
