Powerlifting His Way To Arnold Sports Festival 2015

A Daytona Beach athlete has earned an invite to the Arnold Sports Festival.  We attended one of his Powerlifting training session and sat him down for an interview.  At the time of the interview, Brannon Williams was about 6 months out from the Arnold Sports Festival competition which will be held in Ohio this coming March (2015). Brannon is a manager at a local gym in Port Orange, served as a powerlifting coach in our U.S. Naval Academy, and is now on his way to adding another achievement to his list of personal bests.

In this video, you will see Brannon trains in a team environment.  One of the members on the team is his wife, Courtney.  Fit in Daytona Magazine featured these two in the “Fit Locals” section of the July issue.  You can view some of the pictures by clicking here.

Fit in Online is wishing Brannon the best of luck at the competition in March and thank you for your service to our country, sir!  If you want to follow Brannon’s journey through training and the competition, use the link below to follow him on Instagram.
